摘要：
Epidemic or AIDS-associated kaposi sarcoma (KS) is an opportunistic polyclonal tumor associated with viral infection. The early presentation of KS typically involves mucocutaneous lesions and lymphadenopathy. More advanced disease can affect the lungs and other organs. We report a dramatic diffuse form of KS in treatment-naive patient. (C) 2015 Polish AIDS Research Society. Published by Elsevier Sp. z o.o. All rights reserved.
