摘要
The problem of controlled synthesis of cation-radical salts of bis(ethylenedithio)tetrathiafulvalene with halide-mercurate anions of the (BEDT-TTF) 4Hg3-delta-X8 composition (X = Cl, Br, I) is discussed. Compounds with X = Cl, Br are organic superconductors with T(c) = 1.8 K at 12 kbar for X = Cl and T(c) = 4.3 K at ambient pressure for X = = Br. The compound with X = I is an organic semiconductor.
