We characterize in a suitable integral form like F(lambda)BAR = integral(OMEGA) fBAR(x, dlambda/dmu) dmu + integral(OMEGA\Alambda) phiBAR(x, lambda(s)) + integral(Alambda) gBAR(x, lambda(x))d# the lower semicontinuous envelope FBAR of functionals F defined on the space M(OMEGA; R(n)) of all R(n)-valued measures with finite variation on OMEGA.
