摘要
The process of developing Rapid Prototype (RP) bodies is known as Fusion Deposition Modelling (FDM) by staking the molten layer of material as per a software-designed cross-sectional geometry. The produced quality of the parts is substantially influenced by several factors employed in the process of FDM. The goal of this research is to look at how parameters of the process like percentage of infill, the thickness of the layer, speed of printing, and temperature of extrusion affect the mechanical qualities of FDMproduced objects. The mechanical qualities of these printed items, such as impact strength, flexural strength, surface roughness, and tensile strength are being investigated. To complete this project, only one variable at a time strategy was used.Copyright (c) 2022 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
