摘要
The Psychological Contract is progressively getting force as an analytical framework for the new employment relationships, adapted to the dynamic context. It is based on the perceptions about obligations existing between employee and employer, created from reciprocal promises. Up to now, researchers in France have tried to assess the concept by testing it in the private sector employees. The approach in other populations remains underdeveloped. The purpose of this study is to develop a content and evaluation oriented assessment of psychological contracts for the public sector, and to make a comparison between the breach calculating methods.
