摘要
For most people, including students, it is not easy to have a good grasp of the basic terms in the field of finance and of their interrelations, in particular due to the fact that the offer for financial products keeps changing and its statement is frequently unclear, insincere and confusing. The Pedagogical Faculty of the University of South Bohemia in Ceske Budjovice reacted to this situation by the establishment of the subject 'An Introduction to Finance' incorporated into all curricula of the University of South Bohemia as an optional subject. The authors of the article created an interactive aid that would be helpful to students to improve their grasp of the issue of money and prices and for a responsible administration of a family budget, as only a well-educated and well-informed consumer of financial products is a full-fledged player in the financial market. The article familiarises readers with this interactive aid along with the examples of its utilisation and the results achieved during teaching of the subject 'An Introduction to Finance'.
