摘要
The existence of rho and a1 mesons is predicted and their masses and widths correctly estimated, based on four classic sum rules of current algebra and well-known pion parameters: decay constant, mass difference, axial structure-dependent form factor and mean square charge radius. Estimates obtained for the four-quark condensates of dimension six and eight are two to four times larger than expected from the vacuum saturation hypothesis.
