摘要：

Article covers some problems of the organization of the fight against the organized crime in Russia. In particular, there is a short characteristics of the struggle against the organized crime at the present stage of the development of Russian society, including the fight with leaders of the organized crime. There are a number of vital questions, including the organization of the operativeoffice activity of law enforcement divisions. The article discusses the last changes of the Russian legislation having great value in sphere of the organization of fight against the organized crime, and also their leaders. There are a number of views on optimization of activity of law enforcement divisions in sphere of fight against the organized crime.
