摘要：
The article intends to study introductory aspects of the Public Prosecution service in Brazil with the purpose to subsidize the analysis of the civil responsibility of the State for acts of its members. To achieve this objective, it focuses on some general essential characteristics of the general civil responsibility according to Brazilian juridical system. Finally, it concludes by adopting the objective theory, based on the administrative risk, refusing the personal responsibility of the ministerial agents, who can only respond indirectly and subjectively for their acts when causing damages susceptible of indemnity.
