摘要：
The authors describe an amplifier with a gain of 30 dB, a bandwidth of 3-500 MHz, an output power of 5.5 W, a manual gain control of 15 dB, and settling time and radio-pulse fall time of not more than 30-mu-sec when operated as a radio-pulse shaper.
