Development of the market for hot-dip galvanized and aluminized products. Commissioning of a combined hot-dip galvanizing and aluminizing line for a yearly production of 210 000 t surface-treated strip in August 1990. The product mix includes commercial, drawing, deep-drawing and structural steel grades in a range of 600 to 1380 mm width and 0.3 to 2.3 mm thickness. The maximum coil weight is 20 t. Detailed survey of the technical data of the entire plant. Good product quality after a short start-up period.
