摘要
An equation was developed for predicting dry weight of foliage of plantation-grown loblolly pine trees on cutover, site-prepared lands. The equation was developed from a simple allometric model which relates weight of foliage to dbh and total height. Data from 77 loblolly pine trees were collected during the dormant season and used to estimate model parameters. The final prediction equation should be useful when dry weight estimation of dormant-season foliage biomass is needed.
