摘要:
This paper attempts to contribute to the interpretation of the 1914 war from a double perspective: International Relationships and a historical one. The working hypotheses are two: 1. The First World War constitutes a transition war between Institutionalized War theorized by Karl von Clausewitz - and the Second World War. 2. Such transition was not planned and took place during the war. From the historical viewpoint, we have analized the evolution of the process from 1648 to 1914. Secondly, we hace examined the structure of the international system, its actors and relationships employing specific categories. The most significant is Karl con Clausewitz's theory of war.
