摘要
Undergraduate students seldom utilize primary source materials located in departments of archives and special collections, primarily due to a lack of understanding of what an archive has to offer and how it is used. This article addresses several methods archivists can use to educate undergraduate students on the value of archival materials, get them over their fears of the unknown, and teach them to utilize unique resources. By introducing undergraduate students to archival collections, archivists can potentially raise the level of quality research on their campus. (C) 2006 by The Haworth Press, Inc. All rights reserved.
