摘要
Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a powerful method to assess the relative efficiency of a set of homogenous decision making units (DMUs). There are some situations where obtaining the values of membership function as well as non-membership function is not easy up to our approval. As a result, there remains a part non-deterministic on which uncertainty survives. To deal with such problems Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set (IFS) theory is more appropriate. In this paper DEA model is developed in Crisp, Fuzzy and Intuitionistic Fuzzy (IF) environments. The inputs are considered to be vague and imprecise in nature and are represented by Triangular Fuzzy and Triangular Intuitionistic Fuzzy number. Centroid method is used for defuzzification. Intuitionistic Fuzzy DEA model is solved by using numerical example. Crisp, Fuzzy and Intuitionistic Fuzzy models of DEA are then compared by sensitivity analysis.
