Itinerant Justice - Democratic Expansion of Access to Justice

The Brazilian model of judicial organization targeted by the Constitution of 1988 had improved their bases by Constitutional Amendment No. 45/04, which introduces the "Judicial Reform", and its main guiding the strengthening of citizenship in Brazil. Moreover, the Constitution is a charter of principles and objective proposals to reform public institutions and mechanisms of power, in particular freedom, justice and solidarity values, to ensure human dignity in a democratic state, and equality prevail in the plurality.
