摘要：

Public policies have facilitated access to housing for a large part of the population characterized by social disadvantage. Nevertheless, public intervention is not limited to construction and implementing housing but also entails a management and monitoring proccess that affects the quality of life of citizens. Our objective was to determine the process from professionals perspective who develop it. To that end, we have developed an in-depth interview was answered by a total of 55 professionals from public housing intervention in Andalusia. The information obtained was treated through ATLAS.ti program and has revealed problems and difficulties related to the use of public spaces and coordination between authorities which has adeverse effect on intervention developed.
