摘要
The article shows the role of non-conventional hydrocarbon deposits in economic development, which include not only the heavy oil, natural bitumen, bituminous sand, oil shale, but also non-conventional gas resources: gases of coal deposits, aqueous gas, shale gas and tight formations. It is shown that in the present conditions to non-traditional sources of hydrocarbons, residual oil in fields in long-term operation can be attributed. In Russia there is tremendous opportunity for long-term production of conventional oil. It is known that the possibility of increasing the recoverable reserves in the long-term operating fields in the amount of 1 billion tons, and in small and medium-sized deposits of about 400 billion tonnes. These resources can be added by improving the geological studies, using modern geological, geophysical and laboratory methods, application of modern development technologies and methods of enhanced oil recovery (EOR), appropriate specific geological features of deposits and introductiont to the practice of innovative methods of design development. Immediately the Republic of Tatarstan has a huge hydrocarbon resources which at appropriate, purposeful use can provide to the republic long life on a qualitative level not lower than the advanced countries of Europe.
