摘要
The Raman spectra of PbZrO3 with small grain size have been measured under different pressures, The results show that the perovskite PbZrO3 phase occurs at a higher crystallization temperature than PbTiO3. The phase transition pressure from FE to AFF as well as PE to FE is found to be 0.79 and 4.12GPa separately. The large FE phase region can arise from the effects of broken bond Pb and O atoms on crystal interfacial areas.
