The present article is a result of an empirical research which analyzed the formation process of the workers entering to be trained in Infocap. Based on the Actor-Network Theory and the Annemarie Mol concepts of enactment (2002), as a theoretical proposal and methodological alternative to classical forms of understanding individuals. We analyzed the speeches and interests of workers, the internships in training, the classes design, sociotechnical devices, materiality and the interests of the various institutions involved in the training process, to reveal how in the process of forming a working subject there is a deep tension between two visions of the individual that are ontologically opposite: the "collective worker" ( as employee, union, politicized, seeking a collective interest) vs the "entrepreneurial worker".
