摘要
Develop effective media training in any area, particularly in the sports coaches training, it should focus the efforts of the responsible entities in this area and, in turn, they should be known by their own coaches. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to identify what are the educational means used by sixteen experts basketball coaches, as well as draw their relevance of each of them in developing their skills. For research, has been used qualitative methodology and technique of semistructured interview sixteen expert basketball coaches including, among others, the World Champions, of Europe, and ACB league. The results show that for the coaches, formal education (courses federal) is nonspecific and clearly improved, performed almost exclusively by the need to get the federal title. Coaches valued highly as other media, mainly informal education (daily experience as a coach, mentoring, talks with other coaches, etc). Finally, all valued aspects learning not located, for example, the acquisition of acquired leadership in the family environment, and learning produced outside the context of basketball. This makes us reflect on the restructuring of the existing training programmes in the coaches.
