The analysis was performed in the Upper Silesian Medical Center in Katowice, Poland during 2000-2013. Methods: All psychiatric consultations in the neurology ward were counted and divided into sections according to the International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems ICD-10. Results: The most common diagnoses were: organic mental disorders, including symptomatic disorders (39.12%), neurotic, stress-related and somatoform disorders (26.26%), and mood (affective) disorders (9.15%).
