摘要：
One of the main strategies as regards gender equality in science and technology is the introduction of gender mainstreaming into research policies. Starting from the multilevel character of this policy domain, this article explores the inclusion of a gender perspective into EU and Spanish policies, both at the national and the regional level. Thanks to the analysis of the main R&D plans and programs, it reveals the presence of common agendas and strategies in these three levels of government.
