摘要
In three broiler experiments (they kept in cages), which took 6 weeks, we had added two factorial to the rations three etheric oils (1st experiment: thyme-oil/mace-oil/caraway-oil - 2nd and 3rd experiment: coriander-oil/garlic-oil/onion-oil) in four doses (0/20/40/80 mg/kg). The maize-soya-rations were feeded in meal form. Against the control-groups without an supplement the addition of the etheric oils was without a significant influence on the weight and feed efficiency. At the organoleptic test at the end of the experiment were found in no case a typical taste or smell of the meat to the corresponding etheric oils.
