摘要
This work aims to design and implement a compact electrochemical sensor readout circuit for a conductometric sensor array. The circuit reads out the outputs of the 4 by 4 conductometric sensor array and calculates the change in conductance during the interactions with the chemicals present in the environment. The condcutomeric sensing circuit which consists of a 16: 1 analog multiplexer and trans- impedance amplifier (TIA) is designed using 0.35 mu m CMOS process. The conductomeric circuit gives a linear response for the resistance variation range from 10 k Omega to 100 k Omega with 6.07 mW of power consumption.
