Description of the layout and capacity of the LD steel plant No. 3. First operating results: percentage of off-heats of the total production in 1991, life and costs of the converter refractory lining, costs and life of the refractory lining of teeming ladles, casting yield, development of the percentage of continuously cast slabs with transverse and edge cracks of the total production, scarfing losses. Transfer of the production of critical steel grades form LD steel plant No. 2 to LD steel plant No. 3.
