摘要
Several companies already think in adopting corporate social networking tools, similar to those social networks for personal use, as a form of communication and collaboration in the development of their employees. For that to be effective and deliver value to the business, the usage should be directed to capture people and the relevant issues, as well as create more fluid communication streams, or that are complementary to the existing ones. This paper presents a proposal for evaluation model of the adoption of social networking tool through comparative analysis between effective communication flows carried out by electronic mail and the social network itself. In addition to propose a model of evaluation of adoption, the work discusses how to perform the monitoring and evaluation of results.
