High temperature oscillations (HTO) of kinetic coefficients of semimetals are compared to those of perfect crystals under the conditions of anisotropic size effect. The experimental data on temperature dependence of HTO amplitude and HTO frequency spectrum are found to be in qualitative agreement with theory [1].
