摘要
The main objective of this research was to study the needs and expectations of University teachers within the European Framework for Higher Education from a structural, curricular, professional and staffing stand point depending on the teachers' field, faculty and professional status. A questionnaire was designed based on a literature review, from which the reliability and the validity of the findings were tested. Moreover, a variance analysis was undertaken, revealing that there were no differences in needs with regard to curricular areas. There were, however, differences in structural needs depending on the field, faculty and professional status. As far as expectations were concerned, there were no differences either in the curricular area or in the staff or professional needs, although there were differences in structural needs.
