摘要
Two experiments with a total of 2400 hybrid broiler chickens Vedette were carried out. Each experiment consisted of 4 treatments groups with 5 x 60 chickens each. Control groups were fed the rations without additions. The rations of group II was added with 10 ppm Avilamycin, that of group III with 150 ppm Roxazyme G, and that of group IV with 10 ppm Avilamycin + 150 ppm Roxazyme G. Parameters determined were: live weight, feed intake, carcass traits, concentrations of Ca, P and Mg in serum, and count of bacteria and fungi in fresh excrements. Addition of Roxazyme improved live mass by 3% (Exp. A), and feed conversion by 2% (Exp. B). Addition of Avilamycin caused similar effects (2,2% resp. 2,8% improvement of life mass feed conversion). Combined addition of Avilamycin and Roxazyme improved Live mass by 7,7% (Exp. A) and feed conversion by 2,8%. The effects of these additives were most pronounced during the first three live weeks of the chickens.
