摘要：
Noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium is an uncommon form of cardiomyopathy. This disorder can be isolated or associated with others congenital cardiac defects, being its incidence more important in the pediatric population. We present two case reports of adult patients with isolated noncompaction of left ventricular myocardium.
