摘要
At the beginning of the third part of the ST, Tillich opposes the supranaturalist conception of God, as a being beside others, the highest being, which hinders human freedom. He agrees with naturalism as far as it looks at the divine transcendence in the midst of created immanence. But he opposes it again in as much as it does not point out the infinite distance between God and the world. Hence the concept of self-transcendence Tillich proposes beyond naturalisme and supranaturalism. It renders the separation (the alienation) of the finite from the infinite, while indicating the aspiration of the finite toward the infinite where it belongs.
