PROJECT SOUTH WITH BOGOTA: A strategy of territorial and social inclusion

What is the methodology to make a project that improves neighborhoods and how to manage these resources? These are the questions we intend to answer in this study: "Project Case in the comprehensive improvement of the Neighborhoods in the South of Bogota." We chose this project because we want to institutionalize a replicable model with different integrated areas that will be improving the city of Bogota. The first part focuses on the background to the project, then the project description is performed and preliminary conclusions are finally presented in order to answer the questions. This article is part of the second chapter of the Research: "The Integral effectiveness in the improvement of neighborhoods: in the Project case in the South of Bogota."
