摘要
When an enterprise focuses on promoting the customer value, customer service strategies are considered as the key success factor in the pursuit of customer loyalty and enterprise development. For this reason, inducing employees' passion and having customers perceive the enthusiasm, profession, and efficiency of an organizational team presents positive meanings on the enhancement of enterprise image and revenue. Organizational workers are decreasing with the development of capital, labor mobility, and information networking technology. Currently, more than 10 million people in the US are home workers, showing the germination and development of micro-enterprises. Aiming at the businesses and the employees in Tainan Micro Cultural and Creative Park, total 300 copies of questionnaire are distributed for this study, and 192 valid copies are retrieved, with the retrieval rate 64%. The research results reveal significant correlations between 1. emotional intelligence and workplace friendship, 2. workplace friendship and job satisfaction, 3. emotional intelligence and job satisfaction, and 4. job satisfaction and job performance. Based on above results, suggestions are proposed for assisting domestic micro-enterprises in the future development.
