摘要
This paper exposes the role of legal clinics as a service-learning strategy in the field of legal education. It describes what a legal clinic is and how the work in the Legal Clinic of the University of Alcala is focused on the access to justice for persons with a disability or a chronic disease. Specifically, it explains how the queries sent by persons with HIV or associations that represent and defend their rights and interests are managed. Legal clinics are a suitable instrument to articulate the access to justice for persons who are in a situation of vulnerability due to their disability or health condition.
