摘要
This paper gathers the data dealing with lithium, its effects and its possible mechanisms of action in plants. Lithium tissue levels, absorption and transport features, toxicity threshold and intracellular distribution are reviewed. Known effects of lithium on plant systems are listed. Finally, possible mechanisms of action of lithium are discussed.
