摘要
A polar-organic mobile phase system composed of acetonitrile, with small portions of hydrogen bonding modifiers, was developed for the enantiomeric separation of chiral molecules on cyclodextrin-bonded phases. This mobile phase mode allows for the separation of a wide variety of analytes which cannot be resolved in either traditional normal- or reversed-phase modes on cyclodextrin-bonded phases.
