This Paper aims to show the available case law of the Supreme Court of justice regarding the implementation of the Law 16/2002, 1st July, on the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control. The purpose of the Paper is to describe and analyse the guidelines of this instrument as an example of the command and control model.
