摘要：
Recent rational, pharmacological attempts in therapy of atopic dermatitis as well as old and new irrational and hypothetic methods are described and it is critically discussed, if there are valid clinical studies which prove the therapeutical benefit of those methods. Possible side-effects and dangers are pointed out.
