摘要：
From the point of view of therapeutic experience during treatment of narcissistic personality disorders vulnerability and grandiosity is connected with evident difficulties concerning attachment. Starting with Freuds conception of narcissism the different understanding in Kohut's and Kernberg's theories including the dichotomy of vulnerable and grandiose narcissism in connection with specific attachment patterns and strategies of mentalization will be explained. The polarity between anaclitic and introjective mode will be completed by developmental psychological explanations enabling the reader for an integrative understanding of the background of narcissistic symptomatology.
