摘要
Creativity has become one of the most important strategic instruments of the new paradigm for economic growth. This is characterized by a changing environment, and even turbulent (Kotler and Caslione, 2009). This new era, that some authors called "variable geometry" (De Borja and Gomis: 2009: 30), requires a great deal of skill to the practice of divergent thinking. Now, the creativity leaves the Psychology, area of research in which grew conceptually, to disembark at the Business Management and the Economy, at the same time that is instrumentalized as an important attribute to the tourist destinations that want to be competitive.
