摘要
The complexity as science relates different areas of knowledge, and the topic on debate proposes a collapse of ideological forces; philosophically, it is valid to observe the effects of a change of social structure rooted in the most intimate prejudices centered on the human being, the abstract discussion of the Theories of Law, the primacy of the hermeneutical postulates, the discussions of jurists, the problems of language, the progressive recognition of fundamental rights; all annotated constitutes fully valid arguments to refute the possibility of a transition towards the application of Law through the recurrence to expert Artificial Intelligence legal systems, but do not create, at least for now, conclusive criteria that this projection may not be feasible in the future.
