Pregnancy, a woman's biological, physiological, physical and spiritual aspects of a complex process that is affected. This process alone many of the pregnant women who can not cope with changes, a professional need support. Pregnancy maintenance pharmacological, nonpharmacological and alternative therapy has a wide diversity. However, some of which may not be really necessary these initiatives, not explained for mothers - fetus benefit and harm. The purpose of this review; examination of evidence-based practices related to pregnancy care and to provide evidence-based recommendations. The data are based on the quality of evidence for the treatment of pregnancy disorders. For nausea and vomiting, psychological support, acupuncture-acupressure-acustimulation, the use of vitamin B6, for nasal congestion and epistaxis, nasal dilator use, to fatigue, yoga, for the treatment of urinary tract infections, cranberry juice, that is to use and genital hygiene. Finally, the diet is associated with the proposals good quality, sufficient and balanced weight and energy uptake. In addition to diet during pregnancy, sodium, iron, folic acid, the use of the proven benefits of supportive therapies for the fetus and mother. As a result, changes in pregnancy, treatment and care should be offered support and implement evidence-based studies.
