摘要
In this article specified the economic substance of the commercialization of intellectual property assets as part of business entities. Offered the definition commercialization of intellectual property, which according to the author, reveals its essence most accurately. Developed conceptual basis of the implementation process of the commercialization of intellectual property at domestic enterprises. Formulated purpose, object, subject and principles of the commercialization of intellectual property business entities. Characterized basic methods of commercialization of intellectual property, which proposed to classify two criteria: market capitalization of intellectual property as intangible assets and direct commercialization, which includes use in their own production and sale of intellectual property to third parties. Proposed ways to address pressing issues of the state regulation and encouraging the commercialization of intellectual property in the private sector.
