CONDOR OPERATION AND HUMAN RIGHTS IN LATIN AMERICA

This article takes on the protection of Human Rights in Latin America and its violation during the repression exercised by the Dictatorships that were in charge in the region in the sixties and seventies. For this purpose, we take as central focus of this discussion, the Condor Operation, realized by Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay and Chile, analyzing its political context and suppression of the opposition on the dictatorial regimes.
