摘要
Clinical influenza has moderate sensitivity and specificity. Therefore, tests are needed to diagnose (viral culture RT PCR). But the limited availability and timeout motivate this study did a review of the accuracy of rapid diagnostic tests for influenza (RIDTs). These tests have high specificity, moderate sensitivity, analyzed along with their 95% CI. Furthermore, the sensitivity varies in different population (13% greater sensitivity in children than in adults) and the subtype of disease (higher in the influenza A influenza B). The methodological quality of the studies was assessed by using the Quality Assessment of diagnostic Accuracy Studies. Estimates of sensitivity and specificity were pooled using bivariate models, the model is also used to analyze the curve HSROC also were selected and analyzed variables that could cause heterogeneity.
