Diversity in initial teacher training: experiences of the daily school in the Pibid

摘要
The article takes as its object as formative experiences related to diversity, the scholarship recipients from the Teaching Initiation Fellowship Program (TIFP) of a public university in the State of Bahia. The objective is to analyze the understandings of Pedagogy and Social Sciences in the initiation to teaching, considering their experiences not Interdisciplinary subproject "Diversity and Teaching in Basic Education". The study was anchored in qualitative research, having as source observations, group conversations and interviews. We used a methodological approach of autobiography related to diversity in the school context, particularly as related to ethnic/racial relations, gender diversity and sexuality from the point of view of the affirmation of human rights. As a result, we noticed that the focus of the analysis of graduates was focused on a perspective of intercultural understanding about the diversity, which favored the development of the analysis that considers a reality of the students enrolled in basic education.
