摘要
In this test we have for object to discuss the phenomenon of indiscipline in the school context, in its relations with the social, historical and cultural suround. Analyzes the specificity and differentiation of an indiscipline act to identify possible sociocultural distortions and overcome prejudices in order to build equitable relations in education. Start from the catetegorical preliminary studies carried out to the questioning objects of two researches in development by the authors as part of their academic activities at the University of Great ABC region in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It is discussed the nature and pedagogical potential of cultural tradition as articulator of valued and begavioral patterns that may cause difficulties in the relationship between students and teachers in the classroom, by acts of indiscipline and mutual disrespect, or the relationship between students that occurs in the school environment generating expressions of violence and bullying.
