摘要
The Institute for interdisciplinary dermatological Prevention and Rehabilitation (iDerm) at the University of Osnabruck was founded in 2008. IDerm emerged from the Department of Dermatology, Environmental Medicine and Health Theory, which was established in 1987 at the University of Osnabruck. IDerm's top priority is providing in-and outpatient prevention measures for workers who have developed occupational skin diseases. The prevention concepts that were developed here and are constantly updated are now the benchmark standards for treating patients with occupational skin diseases in Germany. The growing demand for the prevention measures established at iDerm has led to the expansion of the institute with the founding of iDerm branches in Hamburg and Berlin as well as scientific and clinical cooperation on national and international levels.
