Date of birth: 3/12/1989; gender: female. Pretreatment records 31/10/2002 (age of patient: 12y. 6m.). Diagnosis: Hyperdivergent skeletal Class III with dental open bite and tooth-arch discrepancy. Treatment: extraction of 16-26-36-46 and Tweed technique. Posttreatment records 10/11/2005 (age of patient: 16y.). Retention: Hawley plate and lingual archwire bonded 33 to 43. Postretention records 5/9/2006 (age of patient: 16y. 10m.).
